Product Information
Due to the nature of our business, there may be small imperfections in our clothing, including slight variations in colour and size. Care instructions will be provided with each item to ensure a longer life for your garment.

Sizing
Please refer to individual garment measurements in product info to match your size. The measurements listed are the actual garment size. Allow a few extra centimetres on your body measurements for optimum fit.

Postage
*** Please note - we are currently on our annual vacation! All orders will be shipped after the 12th of July. We apologise for any inconvenience caused ***

Our studio is located in Western Australia, so international buyers should take note when calculating delivery times. We post next day, and will send you notification of postage and also a tracking number if your purchase is over $50. Bhalo cannot be held accountable for any delays once we have posted the item. In the off chance that your item is delayed or lost, we will however do our very best to help track the item for you. If you have not received your item in due time, and the tracking number provided is not showing up on the EMS system, please contact us immediately.

Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please keep the unused item with its original tag, and contact orders[at]bhalo.com.au to confirm return postal address. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to us at your own expense. Bhalo can not be held liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods due to change of mind, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates. Faulty goods will be exchanged at Bhalo's expense.
